Hello! I am a Vernon RMT of 13 years, I moved my practice from a clinic to a home based clinic setting back in 2023 and have enjoyed the transition SO much. I treat a wide variety of patients, my continuing education throughout the years has taken me through TMJ dysfunction work, post surgical and cesarean recovery treatment and women’s pre&post natal health. I am a part time TA, supervisor and examiner at the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy on the side. I use various massage techniques, myofascial, neuromuscular and trigger point therapy among many more. With my free time I love to attend pilates, play soccer, do home projects, play video games with my kids, read and pretty much do anything else thats busy and fun, I can’t seem to sit still! I am a mother of two, an auntie to many littles with a great group of friends and family, and it makes my life so rich.
